WORST INSURANCE EVER!!!!!

The worst customer service/insurance I have ever dealt with in my life!!!!!! Since last week I have received no feedback or response from anyone. We call continuously and we are still in the same situation with no progress.. You wait so long on the phone to talk to anyone and anyone you talk to gives you different information each time! They use ***** contractors that either don't pitch or don't phone you back.
