Worst Insurance ever
Worst Insurance ever, I would not recommend anyone to take up any products from Standard Bank Insurance.
I have been with you on the highest premium since 2017, My Fridge broke, I put in a claim,you decline stating its due to wear and tear, based on your visual inspection done by your assessor, who is a covid forensics and suicide investigator,...
I promised to give me an answer after trying to log and complain to you several times, failed to get back to me, answer was supposed to have been provided to me by Friday or latest Monday 11/01/2020, as you promised but failed to do so, now you closed my case stating that You will deal with the Insurance Ombudsman, since I logged it with them. I logged to the ombudsman, due to your poor service, lack of ownership and because you so quick to want to decline my claims....Worst Insurance ever.
My complaint was previously assigned to one of you resolution specialists and nothing was resolved, only got false promises... Than your resolution specialist closed the call without my permission stating they will communicate with the Ombudsman and not to me directly and i need to speak to the Ombudsman to get answers... Guess what, I am the one paying monthly premiums to you not the Ombudsman.... I stand corrected the service I received during this claim was extremely poor...
