Worst Insurance Company in South Africa

I have been trying to get hold of standard bank insurance customer services since 21 April 2021 to cancel my house building insurance but no one picks up the phone even after holding for over 15 minutes. I've been emailing them since 21st April 2021 and no one responds! I've emailed: - *** - *** - ***

But not a response. I still got Debited at the end of April for May even though I needed this canceled at the end of April!

Really the worst insurance company to deal with. This is not the first time I am having issues contacting them
