WORST insurance company in South Africa

You are the absolute worst customer service I have had to deal with aside from Telkom.

We purchased a house, and automatically also took out insurance through Standard Bank. We have tried for MONTHS to claim, but with no luck. Your number has a person holding on for THE DAY and no one comes back to us, regardless of the promises made. We are looking to cancel with this terrible service, and would not advise anyone to make use of Standard Bank Insurance for anything. They are terrible!!!!
