Worst insurance company experience. Stay away from SBIS.

I have comprehensive cover with SBIS and was involved in an accident in early January 2022. To-date the claim has not been finalized. I received a single phone call advising me someone would make a car available for use pending finalization if my claim. That was a month ago. Stay away from this company. Their service is beyond pathetic.
