WORST INSURANCE COMPANY
Upon registering a claim for food detoriation, first week in July due to power outage. I was informed I did not have any active policies by the claims department, although I explained that my premium did go off, I was directed to customer service which was a nightmare. Eventually after I insisted I will provide my bank statement as proof and logged a complaint, weeks later my policy was re- instated. Which was my main concern to have resolved incase any major event happens and am not covered. Finally when I registered the claim, I was asked for photos whereby i explained myself to the consultant what billing issues I experienced and she totally understood ( check call recording) as to why I didn't take pictures at the present time. However I did find my receipts for all the items I was claiming for, which is sufficient evidence. Instead my claim was rejected, even after informing her, even if I could take pictures on the day of the incident, ( early morning)the food was disposed off due to health hazards, to my elderly mum and 2 kids, since I only get home 6pm daily. Please advise what is the timd frame for risking an individual health besides the awful smell? In a matter as such. I have been sending numerous e-mails to senior management and complaints department yet received no feedback as instructed to do So if I want my claim to be re- evaluated. STANDARD BANK INSURANCE WILL SAY ANYTHING NOT TO PAY OUT A CLAIM...WORST INSURANCE COMPANY BY FAR
