WORST INSURANCE BROKERS

Standard bank insurance brokers is the worst insurance broker ever! We had an accident in October last year, they couldn't send a mere tow trick. Never received any stickers from them since insuring it in 2017. My Dad has been with them for a while now but where is their loyalty when needed most?All they care about is when it's time to actually take money from your account and they claim that they will be there for you when you need them most? Is this the value for money they were taking about? The car has been gone for almost 3 months now and we has not received any concrete feedback. My advice? Never ever insure your car there if you know what's good for you.
