Worst Home insurance!!

What a horrible experience!My building insurance claim has been opened since January. The wrong assessor report was attached to my claim, nobody picked it up, that the address is not even the same. It was just the same surname. To date I have to constantly phone for an update. I will definitely never be utilizing their services again!!
