Worst experience with Insurance claims

I claimed from homeowners insurance in 2016 and to date am still chasing standard bank to get someone to fix the terrible job done by the contractors they appointed. everytime i get the same response someone will call you with feedback. Today was worse they cut me off 2 times after waiting on the line. The complaints department is even worse. Please do not bother with taking insurance with this company their service is really bad.
