Worst experience with a Corporate company in SA

Last year December my property was affected by a hailstorm which caused damage to my roof. After tediously trying to contact STD Bank insurance on their call centre number (no one ever answers) my complaint was finally actioned via the email complaints division. My claim was only actioned in January. The repairs carried out were insufficient with the roof still leaking causing further damage to my property and possessions. Once again, no one answers the call centre number or emails. By far this is the worst experience I have had with a corporate company in SA.
