Worst experience ever after over 20 years with this company

Had a claim logged with STB home Insurance the day after hailstorm in Midrand and been calling daily for progress but get the same excuse that the accessor is reviewing the claim for the past 3 weeks even though all contractors have already come to check the damages caused. This is the worst I have experienced from STB and does not seem that they really care. I started asking to speak to senior management but keep on being put on hold or send back to that annoying voice prompt.
