Worst experience ever

This is my third time writing to Hellopeter about Standard Bank Insurance regarding this problem and Standard Bank still hasn't taken this seriously. Attempts to get the progress of my claim or response regarding my claim has fallen to Standard Bank Insurance and their complaints department's deaf ears.

It has been more than Five months now ever since I registerd a claim with them and uptil today I haven't heard anything from them other than their usual reponse of "We will respond in during the course of the week".
