Worst experience

I am a pension. And a third party claiming . I have comp**** with everything that the bank wants. I was promised payment within 30 days. Today is day 32. I started the claim process on the 26 MAY 2023. My car is Financed by the same bank. That wants to be best in customer service. I have never heard of a claim that takes 73 days and counting. Yet I still need to pay the installment
