Worst decision ever

Their service was so bad that I've since decided to leave their insurance. I'd NEVER recommend standard bank insurance company to my worst enemy. They're unavailable,they don't communicate or even respond when you try to communicate with them. They approve half claims despite you having paid their excess fee.
