Worst Customer Service

Getting hold of standard bank insurance is not a child's play. I received an email that my policy will have a premium increase. I have been trying to get hold of standard bank since the 11 March to date to discuss my policy. I resorted to Twitter and i am always been told that a consultant will call me.
