Worst Customer Service Ever!

How I wish I could rate a 0 or lower!!! This is the most pathetic customer service I have ever received. Myself and my husband lodged a claim for our Geyser that Burst beginning May...The builders assigned by the bank to fix up did such a horrible job and we requested the bank pay us out the outstanding money as we no longer want the builders to complete the work. Its been 2 weeks (Early June) since we signed the Loss and Damages and agreed to the money being paid out and still we haven't received anything!!! I have spent so much money on airtime trying to get hold of the relevant people but with no success! I am FED UP! Watch me take this to the Ombudsman!!! I lived in wetness, dust and cold for nearly 3 weeks and we never complained, now its time for you to payout and this is the **** service we get!
