Worst Customer Service by Mthokozisi at the insurance department
Standard Bank kindly employ genuine characters for such roles. Mthokozisi lacks empathy and poses the worst attitude for customer service. He got me extremely upset with just a request. It's past 8 in the morning and already he treats customers this way - good luck for the rest of the day!!!

15 Aug 2023, 09:56Dear Standard Bank - i do not have the requested information. I was calling to request a quote for a vehicle finance which after multiple transfers, i was put through to him as the 'relevant person' to assist me.
