Worst customer service

Try to get assistance via phone/email for nearly 1 month to take out insurance on my homeloan. Standardbank keep on asking for ID and homeloan acc nr of which I submit then it get forwarded to someone else to another person. Im a client for 43 years and now its the worst bank of all will never recommend anybody to this bank. Worst customer service. My rating will be -10(minus 10)
