Worst contractors appointed

It is with great regret to be sending this email to you,

On the 30th of March 2021 I logged a geyser call as the geyser I had was overflowing non-stop, a contractor named LLL CONSTRUCTION was assigned to come and assess the property. When he came he said the geyser had to be replaced, it took the 2 days to install the geyser then they told us that they sent a note for the electrician to come which only came on Tuesday the 5th. We spend the whole of the easter weekend without hot water as the electrician did not come on time.

After the electrician I called Gustav Kamwer to come switch on the geyser and he came and told us to wait for an hour before we can use the geyser water, 2 hour later I tried using the geyser water but t would not come out at all so I called Gustav to come assist. When he came he had no idea what the problem was and he decided that they will come the following morning (7 March) to see what the problem was, when they came following morning they discovered that they had incorrectly installed the water pipes hence the water was not coming out. They installed new pipes that made my bathroom very messy as they were also leaking after they left.

They came again this morning to repair the pipes, the broke the wall and installed the pipes in the wall which took them the whole day to get right while Gustav Kamwer was busy coming telling them to work fast so that they can attend another call, after they completed repairing the wall and plastering the wall then they switched the geyser on and put water in they geyser then they left saying that I may use the geyser water and they will come paint the wall tomorrow.

An hour later my daughter went to take he night bath so after filling the tub with water, she went into the bath to wash but it did not take long for the plaster wall to burst with water spraying out in the bathroom, fortunately my daughter managed to jump out of the water before she got burned, while the water was busy spraying, it came out of the bathroom going to the passage and my daughter’s room but manged to control it before it could go further.

The water damaged my carpets and the cupboards as I also discovered another leak from the pipes in the ceiling that they had installed today, the leak fell on the cupboard also making the blankets stored in there wet.

The electrician (Moolamoe (Pty) Ltd) appointed also did a very unprofessional and dangerous work as they joint electrical cable with a red take that was just lying next to leaking water pipes, I called them and they promised to come this morning and they never came.

I need the damages repaid and paid for and the money I paid to LLL Construction be refunded immediately, I do not want to see them in my property so I request that the new contractor and electrician be appointed.

We never knew that we can suffer like this because of Standard Bank, my Employer for goodness sake

I want this attended to by tomorrow morning the 9th.
