Worst Company every, ***** and Cheats DO NOT CONSIDER STANDARD BANK INSURANCE

Worst insurance company you can find, DO NOT EVER CONSIDER THEM. Because of their direct fault my house has been out of water for more then 4 months. They came to assess the ***** case, it was approved and the never showed up. I tried actively calling them for 2 months without prevail. I sent multiple emails the next month and only when I started writing on their FB and Hellopeter that's when I got a responds. I called again and they said that the people came and they have evidence (photos) that is was fixed I told them the property has cameras please let me know when someone came and I will send them the footage. No-one ever came and they are lairs. I sent them the photos of the current damages. The then called and said they want to have a new assessor come and have a look (FOR WHAT!!!!) anyway I allowed it and they checked again that's all these idiotic company can do send people to have a look.

You will regret it if you choose this company my case has not been resolved it has been almost 5 months and today is the 13 April 2022
