WORST CAR INSURANCE EVER!!!!

<p>On the 23 August 2016 my sister was involved in an minor accident in Limpopo whilst driving my car on her way to Pretoria. I reported the accident to Standard Insurance Limited the same day and my car was then towed to their storage (I-Tech) in Polokwane. On the 24th of August they informed me that they have arranged a courtesy car for a month. They also sent me an sms that my car will be assessed on the 30th of August 2016 of which they did. On the 5th of September 2016 i recieved an sms from Standard Bank informing that my claim was approved with ROYAL PANELBEATERS in Polokwane and they also called me that my car was towed to Royal. On the 15th of September i called Royal to get an update on my car, to my suprise they told me that my car was not there and they don't even fix AUDI'S. I then called their claims department to find out what's really happening? A guy by the name on Samkelo told me that my car is still kept at their storage (I-Tech) and told me he has sent a request to his Manager to grant me an extension for a courtesy car. He also promised me that he will make a follow up on my complaint and he will get back to me the following day (16 Sep) of which he never did. The following day (17 Sep) my sister informed me that she recieved an sms from Tracker that my car is being towed. On the 19th of Sep i called my insurance to find out exactly where my car is being towed to. A lady by the name of Refilwe told me my car is at Parana in Polokwane. My worry right now is i have to return the courtesy car on the 24th of Sep and there is no way a car can be fixed within a week and i'm going to be stranded for transport to work. What's the point of having a COMPREHENSIVE COVER if they keep cars at their storage for three weeks without even notifying their clients? </p>
