WORST BUILDING INSURANCE COMPANY EVER - STANDARD BANK

Worst bank ever to have building insurance on. It has been a month and more than 6 "service providers" send and no one pitched up as we are more than 5 hours from the closest service provider on a farm.

In the mean time my husband was admitted to ICU for a week, my son has constant migraines and are bitten by spiders daily due to a ceiling that fell in, it is huge costs for us on medication and inconvenience. Our health and safety is at risk and this with temperatures of 42 degrees and more. But because we are on a farm Standard Bank Insurance are just not worried and keep on saying we are sorry but does not fix the problem.

4 weeks we have tried via email, via telephone calls and the ceiling is still not assessed or fixed! Worst bank insurance ever!
