Worse service then no service.

Standard bank home insurance is the worse ever. It took them 3 months to tell me they cannot fix/replace my built in oven. When the electricians said they can do it. If I did not have my bond through them I would move banks. And on top of that they increased my bond insurance. What a **** bank. I have been with them for 20 years. Next house i am moving bond and bank.
