Worse service from Standard bank

Worse experience at Standard Bank South Africa, to a point I’m considering on shifting to a different bank. Reported *****ulent multiple Ubber deductions on my card last week in stead the just blocked the card and nothing else was done. Been trying to make contact and they just blue ticking me. Instead they making their own deductions on the account but blocking me from using it. They have lost a client shame
