Worse insurer ever

I have never been so unhappy with an Insurer. After 10 years paying insurance and never claimed. A while ago I tried claiming for my garage door and was told by the consultant the service provider report said it's old and rusty so was declined. Then on Sunday the gale force winds snapped my drum wheel and broke the manual release on my motor. The service provider came out and said it's a new door and I confirm it's just pass the warranty. But got declined again because it wasn't rain or lightning. The consultant read the report and said he said the wind couldn't do the damaged. When he was assessing told me the drum is R150 and I can use the motor without the manual release. He also suggested I have a tip in door installed because I will have the same problem. I told him my back door opens outside and it's not possible. He then said put in a sliding door. What the hell was he trying to get private business and then tells Standard bank the wind couldn't do the damage? Your service is pathetic as well as your **** service providers. Don't want to name them but is in Strandfontein Cape Town.
