Worse Insurance in the world - Standard Bank Insurance

One of my pipes under my bath was leaking in May 2020 I contacted Standard Bank Insurance to make a claim they sent out the plumber to fix the leak, the plumber removed the corner and obviously removing tiles, when it was time to re-fit the bath Standard Bank Insurance told me that they can’t find matching tiles which means I need to have odd tiles in my bathroom when I said I did not want odd tiles they offered me something stupid in the region of R2000 and I had to suffer the loss, so just because Standard Bank Insurance can’t find matching tiles I now have to have odd tiles in my bathroom!!! If anyone is thinking of using Standard Bank Insurance I would avoid them like the PLAGUE they quick to accept payment every month but they don’t really care what state they leave your property in!!!

STANDARD BANK IS SOUTH AFRICA’s WORSE INSURANCE OR SHOULD I SAY WORSE INSURANCE IN THE WORLD!!!!

I Hope the Directors are actually reading these comments and doing something about it, but then again it is STANDARD BANK INSURANCE so they will let you down!!
