Worse insurance ever

I have been trying to get through to standard bank insurance trying to log a claim but i am put on hold for almost an hour on the phone. We can’t use the car because my husband was involved in an accident. If only i had read the ratings i wouldnt have taken this pathetic insurance. Imagine if the car was not drivable guess he was going to sleep on the road. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
