WORSE INSURANCE EVER!!!!

I have made contact with Standard bank insurance now 3 times just to update my new residential address and i have told that someone will make contact with me this is now almost 2 weeks later and to phone call from any agent, the last person i spoken to was Thmia he told me that there was a system issue and that we would phone me back once services has been restored it;s now a week later no phone was made, i am condering moving my house contents and cars over to another broker ,
