Worse Insurance Company Ever

Standard Bank Insure's service goes from pathetic to non-existent. Even escalation to the senior escalations manager Muzangwa, Louis L <***> is not actioned. His managers Mdze, Thozama T <***>; Suleman, Luthfiha L <***>; Lungu, Dingase D <***> that he asked to take action has also done nothing! On 16 May, I mailed a simple request to add new batteries for my solar system on my policy. I attached all supporting documentation and once again, this addition did not happen properly. Only 1 battery was added, while the invoice clearly stated 3 batteries. On my mail, I mentioned taht thsi was only for new batteries and that NO COC is required for batteries only. The agent dealing with this, asked me for a COC! I will not stop complaining and escalating Standard Bank Insure until my policy is updated correctly.
