Worse insurance brokers on the market

Worse brokers you can ever use. I took car insurance with them they gave me a ridiculously expensive cover, I called 3 days later to cancel,I was told my cancelation was sent through, to my surprise 7 days after I called to cancel I get debited,when I call again I'm told it still appears as active on the system.
