Worse and disgusting service ever!!!!!

Wesgate branch has the worse service ever they decided to lie and tell me they will handle my query to ship me up, telling me that they are busy with it and it's been approved. Till today I keep on calling them they never have answers for me now the previous manager is no longer there apparently. So the new one has no interest Abraham keeps on passing the massage to the previous and present managers but they careless.

I regret all the years I have bank with this bank, what the worse and disgusting service so they act like they assist and ghost you pretend like I'm stupid and i don't believe they even work on my query.
