Will wait forever

<p>Sent out 2 emails asking for a review of my insurance premiums as i have always done. </p> <p>No Feedback..... meanwhile MiWay is phoning me weekly to offer me quotes. </p> <p>Debit order is supposed to be going through soon, </p> <p>Will you be refunding me the overcharge as you have yet to amend the rate since the first mail dated 03 October 2016......</p>
