Why do we pay insurance????

We are situated on the R555, old Wtb/Mdbrg Road.

We recently lodged a claim for dinamite blasting that is causing our walls to crack the structure of our house. We know that for a FACT because with every blast, the house, windows vibrate, and we can see how the cracks are getting worst and worst. The mines even blast after hours, during the night etc.

We live on a plot and are surrounded by coal mines.

A specialist was sent out to do an intensive study.

He then told us he will do a study of the mines around us, which he never did!!!!

Our claim was declined, because now we are being told it is old cracks that caused the damage, which is not true!!! The walls never had ANY CRACK OF ANY SORT for years... but is getting worst and worst with the dinamite blastings!!

The blasts are EXTREME, LOUD, VIBRANT,FRIGHTENING!!! Sometimes the windows scatters!!!!

Why do we pay insurance if we are being declined due to defects that is caused by the explosives being blast????

This is just not acceptable!!!!

There were NO DEFECTS in the walls for years that we lived here... The explosives are CAUSING DEFECTS!!!!
