Why are you charging me for car Insurance when I already have it ????

Standard bank has added 1000 motor assist cover which I already have, how do you add this amount to my statement without asking me to confirm if I have insurance or not? I have been sending proof of insurance to numerous standard bank emails with none confirming to have actioned the request. This is very disappointing you could have sent an sms or email for me to confirm if I have insurance or dnt just assume. Please get this resolved asap.
