WHO WHAT AND WHERE????????????

not even worth a 1 star rating!! claim logged in March - its a month later and we still waiting - claim was declined and yet again after we complaint about it it was reopened and ANOTHER assessor (who gets paid so much for this) came to our property to look at the same thing the other assessor looked - and according to this assessor they see the damage etc caussed by flood - BUT the internal assessor/investigator what ever important title you prefer is pushing back saying its poor workmanship!! HAHAHAHAHA we bought this property 8 years ago - we had to do everything from scratch - when we were done Std bank sent 5 assessors out before releasing a retention amount to us and even dug holes to check our foundation etc - and it was approved - SO WHO ARE YOU MISS/MR ASSESSOR TO TELL ME THIS IS POOR WORKMANSHIP!! do you know what you are talking about?????????????

Everyday you phone for an update you are put on hold for 5 mins and then the agent comes back and says we can not get hold of the internal assessor - REALLY? it took you 5 minutes?????????????????????? "we will escalate" and that is where it sticks - clearly this assessor is overloaded with escalations - can you get someone to do a proper job perhaps pleasE???????????????

I also asked the agent for the adjudicator's tel nr which could not be given to me cause it is personal info all of a sudden - WOW - so please I think its time to approach media24 and share this info in the Biz section of the newspapers.
