When it’s time to claim they ignore you!!!!

Standard Bank customer service is pathetic!! How is it when it’s time for you to claim from them they don’t ever get back to you. Standard Bank hounded me for weeks to take out my building insurance with them. It’s been two weeks since they sent out a service provider to asses my solar panels and I have not heard one thing back from Standard Bank!! The first time I phoned , I got told that the systems were down and they would call me back . The second time I phoned I just never got through to them . Today I called and explained to the consultant Katlego what I’ve been experiencing and he said that he promises that he will call me back as he needed to call the service provider for the quote. Obviously that never happened after he promised and said thank you for trusting him . Like honestly it’s feels like Standard Bank is just *****ing my money every month !!! Whether you deal with standard online or in the branch they have the same pathetic, unprofessional and unapologetic attitude!!!
