What is the feedback on my mid May Claim and why is no one getting back to me?

As my requests for feedback on my mid May logged Claim, having had your assessor here on 1 June, which is 16 business days ago, I would appreciate understanding how the bank is going to support me in getting the necessary repairs done. Considering I have been a loyal paying client for 15 years, where the bank does not need to hound me for payment, I would appreciate not having to hound the bank for repairs.
