What is going on with my claim??
I called and waited forever to get hold of a consultant. I eventually get to someone and after telling him whats wrong, he says he has lodged the claim and i will get an SMS. Eventually after a while, i try and call to find out whats going on. No answer. I eventually log onto the Standard Bank insurance site, and see there is no claim. I managed to log a claim, just to see what would happen. I try and call again to find clarity on whats happening. I speak to someone and get put on hold and the call drops.
Please tell me what is happening??? I want my pipe to be fixed so that my ceiling is not damaged, but i have no idea what is actually happening,
