What a pathetic service!!!!!!

I have been a client with Standard bank for more than 10 years. I was involved in a car accident a month ago and the car was declared a write-off.

To this day I still have to force communication with the insurer and still have not received any feedback regarding the payment. I have to be the one asking for feedback. The person assigned to my case (Claim ***) Siboniso Dlamini, never contacted me in 3 weeks of the claim, I had to go through the call centre to know he was assigned to my case. Insured all my vehicles with standard bank hoping for a good service since it's my bank but i doubt they care about their customers. Cause now I am paying an instalments for a car that is a write-off.

Siboniso Dlamini/ Claim *** What a pathetic service!!!!!! I am definitely moving over to Capitec Bank taking everything with me( my bond, house insurance, bank account, vehicle etc) ,it is no being loyal to a bank that does not value a customer.
