WHAT A NIGHTMARE THE WORST SERVICE WITH TOTALLY *********** STAFF
I have been a client of Standard Bank for years and I have never had any issues. However dealing with Standard Bank Insurance has been an absolute nightmare. It is clear the staff does not have clue what they are doing, or they are lying. I am getting different information every time I phoned. I used there appointed contractor and they seem to think I did it privately as I had to make payment directly to the contract as it was over the limit. I had to phone them 10 times a day and still did do not know what is going on.

15 Jun 2023, 15:44PATHETIC. Still no call from a resolutions consultant. I have been on the line again with Std Insurance 3 times after the review and still no joy. I can honestly say I have never had such bad service form Standard Bank. Due to the Insurance Department I fully regret being a Standard bank client. I HOPE NOBODY MAKES THE MISTAKE IN HAVING THEIR ACCOUNTS WITH STANDARD BANK.
