What a bunch of unprofessional ...........

Insurance premium is part of my total bond payment. Tried to claim for burst geyser on the 28/03/2020 was told that my policy had lapsed. Tried to explain to her that i never cancelled or my payments are not in arrears how could my insurance policy have lapsed. Being a Saturday the people who could make calls were not available living the dream. It is nearly a month after sending them a mail asking them to explain there reasons still no response. What a bunch of ameteurs. Resent my complaints and proof to all the mails i could find. we can only hope.
