We will call you back (NOT)!!!

I've been trying now for three days to get an item specified on my insurance. Every time they have an excuse that I cant talk to the operator because of high call volumes and that they will call me back. CALL ME BACK WHEN??? 2028??? Every time I must go through the whole process of getting a human to talk to me and then only to be told they will call me back three days in a row now! Its costing me a lot of airtime if you don't mind!!! I've noticed that Standard Bank services are busy degrading and I think its time to move on. What a disgrace! My policy number SHS***
