We requested for an assessor we come and have a look at a problem on our property. It's sad to say that Standard Bank is all about taking and not helping. In recent years I have heard any positive reviews about them. A S#it Bank offering little service. They are a money making Bank

So this is how Standard Bank Home Insurance works : You register a claim - they decline,case closed. So they do an inspection before they insure your property. When you have a claim the workmanship is poor. We don't assess the house they do. But at claim stage they have 101 reasons to decline. Standard Bank MOVING FORWARD with or without you. Very poor service
