Water pumping under my house.

I have been paying my insurance on time every month for my home loan.On the 24 June I reported a leak coming from underneath the house I stay in and up till now no one has bothered to assist.The walls are even cracking now and I have endless sleepless nights.Is Standard Bank going to assist only once the walls crush onto me and my children? Or when my family has to identify our bodies?

This is really taking a toll on me I cannot eat or sleep due to not knowing if I will be alive tomorrow this water hole is becoming bigger and bigger by the day.I am out of options ,the lady at Standard bank told me it's not their problem I must sort it out. How horrible can you be as a human to not care about the fact that you guys deduct your money every month and then you come back and says home maintenance is not your problem, mind you the house still and rightfully belongs to the bank.I pay my bold and have been doing so for the longest time.

Are you waiting for me and my children's deaths before you assist with the cracking walls and water hole underneath the house?

I am really really sick doctors up and down ,including branch up and down to get assistance from you but you dont care how the hell will I be Okey if I stress say in and day out about this.I am very very disappointed in you Standard bank insurance ,I am not sure how else to approach this.As a bond paying citizen, single mother I need to get answers, your managers keep saying that will get back to me ,I have been waiting for a month and a half now. Must the house collapse and me and my kids die first before you come out to assist us ??????????????
