Water damage claim not paid very BAD service

Standard bank do not pay storm damage claims!! After the November storms i lodge a claim for water damage on laminated floors. They repudiated the claim in February after they have send contractors out to repair based on defective workmanship. They repudiated a boundry wall on plants that were to closely planted to wall. Three months for an assessor to asses.!!!!!!!!!! They are not treating clients fairly only there to take money.
