was charged in error,promised a refund and didnt get it

hi I cancelled my credit life protection (that was being charged to my overdraft account without asking me first)in February already and was told the March debit order will still go off but not April but they did charge me for April and after discussing it they admitted it was a mistake and April debit will be refunded but it still has not been it is so frustrating
