WARNING, YOU EXCESS DOES NOT GET PAID BACK

Was hit by a companies truck while parked in a parking space. Had to pay R5500 excess, had to do my own follow ups regarding getting my money psid back by the 3rd party. Money will not be paid back to me, so I loose R5500. Useless insurance. Be careful to join them. If you dont call to follow up, you will not hear from them.
