Waiting on standard bank buildings insurance department for 6 days. Disappointing

Lodged a claim 6 days ago. Still waiting for arishka to give rps travel allowance to go and see to a hazardous overflowing septic tank thats blocked somewhere. Rps group is not able to attend to this matter because the petrol allowance has not been issued to rps from standard bank buildings insurance
