waiting more then a month on standard bank insuran

Recently i had building ammendments done to my premises.i contacted standard bank inurance to ammend my policy to cover the new structure until today im still strugling to get this done.Reason when i foned to follow up i gave the wrong contact number i then received a call & a date were aranged on tat day i received no call but close to rnd of business i received a sms confirmed that the appointment were cancelled as they could not get hold of me.For a third time i contacted standard bank & were promised again that it will be attended to & untill today still waiting.It could be that standard bank are booming with bussiness in this tough economic times or they are not realy interested in me as a client as a policy holder of more then eight years i am absolutely appalled with the customer servirce
