Waiting for a refund

<p>I sold my car and cancelled my insurance. I was promised a refund of the premiums which had been debited from my account. It's now 4 months and I haven't received the refund of those premium.</p> <p>After buying another car I took up insurance for the new car including house contents.</p> <p> </p> <p>When will I receive my refund of the February 2016 premiums as promised? This is unacceptable.</p>
